Testimonials

Ben Greer just finished taking our old 1972 ranch and turning it into the home of our dreams. He and his team worked with us every step of the way. They are friendly, patient, instructive, knowledgeable, fair, and affordable. This team has your back when it comes to holding subcontractors to high quality standards. We interviewed many contractors before we chose Ben Greer. After we met Ben, we knew he was the perfect choice. Most importantly to us, we trust Ben and his team at Greer Construction: FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS!

We had a chance to work with Ben Greer over the course of a couple months through a remodel RFP and would recommend him to anyone considering a home renovation. We felt very comfortable working with Ben and in the many meetings we had with him he showed his ability to thoroughly explore the details and effort of the project, effectively communicate between all the parties, and be very transparent in his pricing. He has been living and working in the Boulder area for decades and understands the nuances of the building codes and has a team of trusted partners here.

– Matt Agnello

Ben Greer was totally plugged into the best subcontractors and consultants in the region: carpentry, painting, flooring, lighting and electric, drywall, insulation, windows and doors, and heat pump for [a recording studio] studio that’s become a marvelous transformation from the previously unconditioned workshop!

Greer Construction recently completed the addition of a full bath, sitting room and bedroom to our home. We are completely satisfied and endorse Greer without reservation. The reasons include the collaboration, communication, transparency, punctuality and professionalism displayed by everyone involved. Among the first of the many positive impressions were the initial walk-through visits by the subcontractors… all of them had many years of experience and shared with us what might crop up as an unknown and how that would be handled. We were kept informed of construction timing, and there was no difficulty in arranging “no work” days when we needed the house to ourselves. Greer also did a fantastic job of putting in place measures to protect the rest of our house during construction. The extensive custom molding and hardwood flooring matched the rest of the house perfectly. Greer Construction did everything possible to deliver us a first-class product and to accomplish the entire project in a thoroughly professional manner.
