The Contractors State License Board
protects consumers by regulating the construction industry
through policies that promote the health, safety and general
welfare of the public in matters relating to construction.
The Contractors State License Board will
accomplish this by:
- Ensuring that construction is performed in a safe,
competent and professional manner;
- Licensing contractors and enforcing licensing laws;
- Requiring that any person practicing or offering to
practice construction contracting be licensed;
- Enforcing the laws, regulations and standards governing
construction contracting in a fair and uniform manner;
- Providing resolution to disputes that arise from
construction activities; and
- Educating consumers so that they make informed choices.

The
Elite Crete Systems history, experience and roots in the
cementitious overlay industry is deeper than any other company
or product line today. "Elite Crete" products were
originally created as simply a "Product Brand" by
specialty paint and coatings manufacturing compnay called Advan-Tech,
who at the time only sold cementitious overlay materials to
other companies under private label or re-label. Advan-Tech made
the decision to create and launch their own product label line
and called the brand of materials "Elite Crete" not to
compete with the same companies they were already selling
products to, but to go after a sector of the industry that they
considered untouched by other companies, the specification
segment. There just seemed to be a huge void as it pertained to
architectural overlay products being specified by architects for
commercial application. |
